Paul has particular experience in commercial and residential property development and for a number of years was chairman of a property development company carrying out projects in Yorkshire and West London and understands the industry from a practical as well as legal viewpoint.

Rachel joined the firm in September 2019 as a trainee solicitor and is currently in the final seat of her training contract with our Residential Conveyancing team in Sheffield.
Rachel’s first seat was with the Residential Conveyancing team in Sheffield where she assisted with residential property transactions and ran her own caseload. Her second seat was with the Commercial Property team where she experienced the wider variety of commercial transactions and assisted with various commercial and corporate transactions. Reality is a legal administrator in the residential property team. She helps the team open all the new files, processes all the initial paperwork from our clients, and deals with initial enquires from both clients and colleagues within the department.
Rebecca Crofts specialises in all matters relating to children where there are disputes between family members or concerns with Social Services and is an experienced member of the Law Society Children Panel. Rebecca excels in achieving child-focused results with empathy and passion for her individual clients.
Rebecca acts for children and parents, as well as other extended family members on all matters involving children, including Child Arrangement Orders, Enforcement Orders, Public Law Outline cases, Care Proceedings, Special Guardianships and Adoption.
