Keebles score £1825 for St Luke’s at football fundraiser
We are pleased to announce that our team have raised an impressive £1825 for St Luke’s after hosting a football tournament for businesses across Sheffield.
11 businesses across the Property, IT, Finance and Healthcare sectors in the Sheffield City Region competed to win the trophy, which was lifted by Shorts in a deserving win.
Keebles also united with St. Luke’s to create a joint team to take part in the action.
Marketing Manager Simon Gorman said: “St Luke’s is an organisation which is at the heart of our community.
“It’s been great to bring together people from across the city and it’s been a brilliant way for us to work together to help raise money for such a worthy cause.”
The money raised for St. Luke’s will go towards the charity’s work in offering palliative care and support to terminally ill adults and their families in Sheffield.
Jack Kidder, Corporate Fundraising Manager at St Luke’s, said: “We’re very thankful for all the effort made by the Keebles team in both organising the tournament and raising so much money in the process.
“Most of our funding comes from public donations, so any funds raised to support St Luke’s will go an extremely long way in allowing us to continue helping those who need it.”
Thank you to everyone for their support and donations!
