pharmacy) we can help you put the necessary sub-leases in place.
We can also negotiate and, once we’ve reached an agreement, draft any construction contracts your practice may need. These include the appointments, performance bonds, parent company guarantees, direct agreements and collateral warranties you would need to build new premises for your practice.
