Emergency Injunctions

Sometimes, obtaining damages is not enough – you might also need a Court Order to determine how someone else can behave.

This might cover the preservation or delivery-up of goods, the prohibition of unlawful behaviour and / or a continued breach of contract, the freezing of assets or the right to search premises and seize evidence.

Our extensive experience of acting in, and obtaining urgent injunctions enables us to advise you of the remedies available, how they will fit in the framework of a dispute – and the outcome you are seeking.
