Residential Property Assistant – Sheffield – Leeds

We are looking to recruit two Residential Property Assistants with at least 2 years residential property experience for either our Sheffield or Leeds office. The positions will be supporting senior fee earners with a caseload of sales, purchase and re-mortgage transactions.

The successful candidates will be personable, energetic and friendly individuals who have excellent administration and organisation skills. They will manage their own time and develop and maintain client relationships, and demonstrate the following skills:-

  • excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • a good telephone manner
  • ability and willingness to learn
  • attention to detail
  • organised with time and documents
  • ability to prioritise
  • team player
  • positive approach towards work
  • good IT skills
  • discretion and professionalism
