General Office Team Leader – Full Time, Sheffield

We are looking to recruit a hard-working and enthusiastic person to join the Administration team in our Sheffield office and to take responsibility for the management and smooth running of a very busy general office. Applicants must have previous experience in a range of administrative duties, ideally within an office environment, a minimum Grade C GCSE in English and Maths and be IT literate. Duties will include:-

  • managing a general office assistant under the supervision of the HR Officer
  • post incoming and outgoing
  • filing
  • photocopying
  • scanning
  • deliveries in-house as well as within the S1 area including banking
  • photocopier maintenance
  • stationary orders
  • franking machine supplies, postage updates and equipment issues
  • Reception cover.

Applicants must be able to start at 8.00am (this will be on a rota basis with the general office assistant and paid as overtime) until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.  Salary will be discussed at interview.
